The paper is about 95% complete at this point. I need to address some of the professor's comments from the last paper (some no longer apply) and look up a few things. Work continues.

Today, I received feedback on assignment 5 from the professor. I will now incorporate into assignment 6. Starting work on that assignment - a proposal for a qualitative project.
Next week it is on to quantitative.

Assignment 5 Submitted
I just submitted Assignment 5. I like the paper (available: http://www.slideshare.net/FahmeenaOdettaMoore/moorefbtm73035final and
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/305379219_A_Qualitative_Study_on_Employee_Monitoring)
The assignment made me think of a paper I reviewed for another course (that assignment available here: http://www.slideshare.net/FahmeenaOdettaMoore/moorefbtm73005final). In the paper, the researchers developed typologies. I could do something similar. Very interesting!

I found some good articles on ResearchGate:
Monitoring Employee Behavior Through the Use of Technology and Issues of Employee Privacy in America
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/276114067_Monitoring_Employee_Behavior_Through_the_Use_of_Technology_and_Issues_of_Employee_Privacy_in_America
Privacy and biometrics: An empirical examination of employee concerns
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/304192778_Privacy_and_biometrics_An_empirical_examination_of_employee_concerns
Employee Monitoring: Evaluative Surveillance v. Privacy
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/228196424_Employee_Monitoring_Evaluative_Surveillance_v_Privacy
Disclosure and Secrecy in Employee Monitoring
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/228189775_Disclosure_and_Secrecy_in_Employee_Monitoring
The article on disclosure got me thinking about the information hospitals provided to nurses and other healthcare workers on hand hygiene monitoring. I have to look into this of course. I don't know a lot about disclosures.

Continued work on Assignment 3 paper...
After a break, I am now working on the paper again. A break is good. I come back to the paper with "fresh eyes." I completed the introduction section and worked on other sections in the paper.

I know there is theory for the topic (one of the earlier papers included theory), but I have to decide what/how much to include in the Assignment 3 paper.
The earlier papers:
Ethics in Information Systems (Course: InformationTechnology Management)
http://www.slideshare.net/FahmeenaOdettaMoore/moorefmis70002bfinal
Ethics and Information Technology (Course: Ethics in Business)
http://www.slideshare.net/FahmeenaOdettaMoore/moorefmgt70195final
These are also available in ResearchGate.
